
Prices peaked at £33,000 as an extensive range of farm implements, machinery, vehicles and workshop tools went under the hammer at farm dispersal auction near Shrewsbury on Saturday, July 18.
The sale at Lee Hall Farm, Lee Brockenhurst was conducted by our auctioneers on behalf of the executors of the late John Bowen.
Highlights were £33,000 for a 2020 JCB 538-60 Agri Super Loadall with 6,395 hours, £17,000 for a 1994 Ford 8240 4WD tractor in immaculate condition, £11,400 for a Takeuchi TB145 4.7 tonne digger and £9,350 for a 2009 BMW X5 X-Drive SUV.
The sale also included a large amount of logs, woodworking machines, farming sundries and spares.



Other leading prices were £5,000 for a 2017 Trakmet TIP600 bench saw; £3,500 for a 2013 Vicon Extra 624-T Mower Conditioner; £2,900 for a 1984 Matbro RAM 40-D Loader; £2,300 for a 1987 Griffiths GT86 twin axle trailer; and £2,100 for a Fordson Major diesel tractor.
