Auctions Complete Dispersal Sale of Arable Farm Machinery 25th July 2018 An exceptional quality of second-hand farm machinery and equipment was sold at a successful Dispersal Sale organised by auctioneers Halls in Shropshire, on behalf of Lord Barnard of Raby Farms (Shropshire) following his decision to move to a Contract Farming arrangement. The sale attracted great interest both locally and nationally, prospective buyers came from across the UK to attend the auction at Grange Farm, Uppington, Telford on 28th June. The sale was available via the I-Bidder platform and bids were received from Ireland, Sweden, Poland, Hungary and Germany. Top prices of the day were £162,000 for a 2013 Claas Lexion 7700TT Combine Harvester, £58,750 for a 2014 Claas Axion 850 Tractor, £64,200 for a 2015 Claas Axion 850 Tractor, £45,000 2012 Claas Axion 850 Tractor, £40,250 for a 2011 John Deere 6830 Tractor, £47,000 for a Claas Scorpion 7044 Varipower Loader, £25,000 for a Knight Sprayer, £25,800 for a Househam 3000 Self Propelled Sprayer, £18,050 for a 2017 Lemken Juwel 8 Plough, £41,500 for a Lemken Solitair Combination Drill and £16,700 for a 2014 Vaderstad Top Down Cultivator.
