The Building Land is situated in a semi-rural location in the hamlet of Longslow which is approximately 2.5 miles north of the popular town of Market Drayton. DIRECTIONS

From the Ternhill roundabout (west of Market Drayton) continue north on the A53 for a further 2.3 miles and turn left signposted for Longslow. Follow this road for approximately 0.7 of a mile and the land will be situated on your left hand side, identified by a Halls for sale board.

PLANNING PERMISSION

Outline Planning Permission for 'the erection of two dwellings (to include access), including provision of package treatment plant and a double garage to serve No. 8 Hop Cottage', was granted on 1st June 2016. The current vendor of 8 Longslow would, also, require connection to this borehole and is willing to make the required financial contribution.
