DESCRIPTION

SITUATION

The property is immediately east of the A41 at Prees Higher Heath as shown by the For Sale board. It is 3 miles south of Whitchurch and 12 miles north east of Shrewsbury.

PLANNING

In written pre-application advice in 2015 Shropshire Council confirmed the buildings are non-designated Heritage Assets so conversion into residential use would be acceptable in principle", Halls has the full pre-application advice letter. Halls also holds a Heritage Statement and Tree Report which will be made available to the Purchaser. The sale does not include any overage/clawback/vendors restrictive covenant on use.
