LOCATION

The land is located to the east of the Shropshire village of Stanton-upon-Hine Heath approximately ½ mile from the A53 Shrewsbury to Market Drayton Road. The large village of Shawbury is located 2 miles to the south and the larger towns of Shrewsbury and Market Drayton 6 miles to the south and 7 miles to the north.

DIRECTIONS

From Moreton Corbett continue through Stanton upon Hine Heath, past the Stanton Arms Public House and take the left hand turn signposted to Hodnet. The land is located on the right hand side as identified by our "for sale" board.

DESCRIPTION

The prime arable land is contained within one enclosure and extends to 9.52 acres. The land is Grade 2 and comprises freely draining, acidic, sandy and loamy soils. The land is mainly bounded by hedgerow and has two access points off the minor road between Stanton-upon-Hine Heath and the A53.

The Vendor(s) and their Agents reserve the right to change the method of sale at any time, withdraw the property from auction or agree a sale prior to auction.
