Originally from a farming family in East Yorkshire James lives near Bourton, Much Wenlock and is based at our Kidderminster office.

James left Harper Adams College in 1995 and has now been qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the central Association of Agricultural Valuers for more than 20 years. James is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

James undertakes a wide range of rural practise work including Land Management, Rural Property Sales, Option Agreements, Valuations, Agricultural Tenancy Matters, Town and Country Planning, Basic Payment and Countryside Stewardship work throughout the West Midlands area. James is also an experienced and long serving Auctioneer and is regularly involved in our Kidderminster sale as well as all manner of dispersal sales.

Outside work James enjoys breeding Shropshire Sheep, fiddling about with vintage machinery and running the family small holding.
