Jon is the Managing Director of Halls and a RICS Registered Valuer, specialising in country properties, development land, and new builds, bringing expert insight to complex, high-value transactions. His time is now divided between our Ellesmere office and head office in Shrewsbury, since becoming MD in 2022. With a strong background in valuations and strategic leadership, Jon shapes the company’s direction while staying hands-on with clients and projects. He is widely respected for his local market knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
